Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify and assess customers’ needs based on past interactions to exceed customers’ expectations
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Woman maximum 28 years old
- While we prefer someone with a degree, It’s not essential as we are looking for someone with vibrant personality to handle our customers
- Willingness to learn about our products and services
- Have an eye for details and is not afraid to take ownership of the situation to handle our customers
- Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken
- Able to work between 9.00 am – 6.00 pm, 6 days a week
- Proactive and analytical
- Fast learner
- A customer-oriented person who is friendly yet determined to excel in a fast-growing company
