Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Implement the system and operation process of the warehouse department to ensure the orderly and efficient operation of the warehouse
• Team building to continuously improve warehouse cohesion and human efficiency
• The implementation and achievement of warehouse goals
• Organize objective and fair assessments and evaluations of warehouse employees every month to continuously stimulate employees' passion for work and improve their ability to work
• Coordinate relationships within the warehouse
• Execute the warehouse incoming inspection and receipt operation process
• Execute the warehouse outbound operation process
• Execute the warehouse return operation process
• Execute feedback on abnormal warehousing of accessories, supplies and finished products
• Implement the warehouse receipt standards and storage standards
• The implementation of material placement conforms to the principle of first-in, first-out
• Implement the standardization of warehouse document classification, storage and transmission

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Maximum 40 years old
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Required language(s): English is a must, Mandarin is a plus
• Can operate computer office software and ERP operation
• Have certain leadership and management skills
• Sensitive to data and good at arithmetic
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Dedicated and loving, hardworking; a strong sense of responsibility
• Willing to work in Morowali, Central Sulawesi or Wedabay, North Maluku
