Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Human Resources related.
• 1-2 years in Human Resources Department, handle Recruitment
• Understanding in the Recruitment Holistic Process
• Understanding in manufacturing atmosphere environment. 

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for assisting in recruiting and selection process, listing the best candidates and contacting them, arranging interviews, cooperation with external agencies and maintaining databases
• Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organization's recruitment standards and business needs.
• Respond to enquiries from candidates, check references, select candidates and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
