Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Bertanggung jawab untuk membalas seluruh chat dari customer, baik konsultasi maupun menjawab pertanyaan
• Membuat laporan dan data penjualan setiap bulan
• Upload SKU Produk beserta keterangan di seluruh marketplace
• Melakukan LIVE Streaming di platform e-commerce dan TikTok
• Membantu tim marketing dalam membuat konten TikTok dengan simple edit
• Bertanggung jawab dengan orders (packing tidak termasuk)
• Membagi stok SKU produk untuk setiap marketplace
• Full time job – Mon-Sat • 9-5 daily
