Digiasset ia a start up company enganged in cryptocurrency. We are looking for a Customer Service to join our Customer Support Team. As an Customer Service you will support the day to day operations activities.

Syarat Pekerjaan
- Male/female max 28 years old
- Prefered familiar with cryptocurrency and trading
- Min D3 in any major
- Have at least 1 year of experience working in the related role
- Willing to work in shifts
- Able to work individually and with team
- Able to work under pressure
- Good knowledge at Ms. Office and/or G-Suite (G-sheet, G-docs, etc)
- Fluent in English both spoken & written
- Fast learner
- Able to solve any hard complaint that has been escalated from the customer
- Ready to be placed anywhere
